FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD? 

The standard hire period is a 3 day hire, this covers the delivery the day before your event, the event day and collection the following day.  If your event is over a weekend, collection will normally be on a Monday. 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM HIRE ORDER? 

We have a minimum order of £50.00 (ex VAT)

HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

HOW DO I SECURE A BOOKING?

Bookings are confirmed once full payment, including security deposit, has been made. 

WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT? 

A minimum refundable deposit of £150.00 or 50% of the amount of the hire charge (whichever is the greater) will be charged on each order.  This deposit is used to cover any losses or breakages to equipment, should they occur, during the rental period and is refundable, post event, once all items have been accounted for. 

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM YOU? 

Absolutely!  Contact us to arrange your preferred pick up and drop off times and we will have your order ready and waiting for you. 

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY AND COLLECTION?

Delivery and collection costs will be detailed in your quote and will vary depending on the size of your order and delivery location. 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO VIEW THE ITEMS BEFORE ORDERING?

You are more than welcome to visit our showroom to view items of interest.  If you can't make it in person, we would be happy to arrange a 'virtual' consultation. 

CAN YOU SOURCE BESPOKE ITEMS? 

Yes, we are happy to source bespoke items for you.  Our aim is to provide you with all you need so you don't need to deal with lots of suppliers.  We will ensure you get the right look for your event through our wide range of sources. 

DO THE ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED CLEAN?

We will include a washing fee on your quote, however we do ask that all cutlery, crockery, and silverware be rinsed immediately after use to prevent any damage. 

CAN YOU HELP ADVISE ON THE QUANTITIES TO BE ORDERED? 

Our team are highly experienced in all aspects of Event Management, and we would be happy to advise you on the correct quantities of hire items for your party. 

WHAT IF THE NUMBERS CHANGE AFTER THE INITIAL ORDER?

We advise you to order the maximum number of items  you think you will require.  Orders can be amended to reflect changes in the run up to your event.  Increases will be booked depending on availability and small reductions can be accommodated for. 

DOES THE DELIVERY INCLUDE SET-UP?

Unless you ask us to set up for you, all hire prices are for dry hire only.  We are more than happy to quote for set up of your order should you wish.
